Rooms you actually live in

Living Rooms

Comfortable, collected living rooms with real seating plans — layered textiles, honest wood, and art hung at the right height.

French country living room with limestone fireplace, ivory sofa, and layered textiles

Most living rooms fail on the floor plan, not the fabric. I start with a seating plan that gives everyone a place to land and a surface to set a glass on, then layer in texture and pattern.

The goal is a room your family uses on a Tuesday — not one you walk past on the way to somewhere more comfortable.

What I design

  • Furniture plans and custom upholstery
  • Rug layering and textile selections
  • Fireplace surrounds and built-in millwork
  • Lighting layers — overhead, table, and picture lights
  • Art placement and accessory curation
