The heart of the home

Kitchens

Warm, hardworking kitchens — natural wood, honed stone, unlacquered brass, and layers that make the room feel collected rather than installed.

Warm white oak kitchen with honed stone counters and unlacquered brass hardware

A kitchen has to work before it can be beautiful. I start with how you actually cook, gather, and clean up — then build the finishes around that so the room earns its keep every single day.

The kitchens I love most feel layered: cabinetry with real wood grain, stone with movement, lighting that flatters, and styling that looks gathered over years instead of ordered in one afternoon.

What I design

  • Cabinetry layout, door styles, and interior storage
  • Countertop, backsplash, and tile selections
  • Plumbing fixtures, hardware, and lighting plans
  • Range hood details and custom millwork
  • Island seating, runners, and final styling
