Tablescape Design
Questions, answered.
Everything you need to know before we design your table — pricing, travel, timing, and what's included.
How much does a tablescape cost?
Most tables run $125 – $250. The two things that shape your price are what you need from me and how far I travel to you.
A design board — where I plan the table and hand it over for you to style — starts at $125. If I come to your home and set the table myself, that starts at $175. Larger guest counts and longer drives can add to the estimate, up to $250.
What's the difference between a design board and in-home styling?
With a design board, I build a custom plan for your table — colors, linens, florals, candlelight, and place settings — with guidance and a shopping list so you can pull it together yourself.
With in-home styling, I come to your home and set the table for you. You arrive to a finished table, ready for your guests.
Do you use my dishes and linens, or bring your own?
I design around what you already have — your dishes, your table, and the pieces you love. That way the table feels like your home, not a rental.
If we decide a few new pieces would complete the look, I'll suggest exactly what to add and where to find it.
How far will you travel?
I work throughout the Texas Hill Country — Boerne, New Braunfels, Wimberley, Fredericksburg, and surrounding towns — as well as San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, and Houston.
Distance is part of your price, so let me know roughly where you are when you reach out. The closer you are to Boerne, the friendlier the number.
How far in advance should I book?
I usually reply within a day or two of your request. Design boards are typically ready within a few days of our conversation.
For Thanksgiving and Christmas, the sooner the better — booking two to three weeks ahead gives us time to plan and gather everything your table needs. I'll always confirm timing with you before we commit.
How do I get started?
Send me a note through the booking form on the Tablescapes page — your occasion, date, guest count, and the feel you're going for. I'll follow up with a plan and your final price.
